Customer Satisfaction Analysis: 
 

e.g. survey among municipal managers like head of departments, IT coordinators or department operators about their satisfaction with the service portfolio of municipal IT service providers; combined with personal interviews with mayors and branch managers to integrate strategic implications.e.g. tracking of customer satisfaction for a social security fund based on a customer satisfaction index.
